Conviction uses ERC-4337 smart accounts to provide a frictionless trading experience.

- No seed phrases — Users who sign up with email or social login receive an embedded wallet automatically. No need to manage private keys.
- Seamless UX — Sign transactions with a single click. No pop-ups asking for gas approval.
Your smart account is your Trading Wallet, where all orders are placed and positions are held.
2. Gasless Trading
Every transaction on Conviction is gas-sponsored. Users never need to hold ZETA or any other native token to pay for gas.
- Order placement, cancellation, redemption, splits, merges — all gasless.
- Powered by a bundler and paymaster infrastructure under the hood.
3. Cross-Chain Deposits
Deposit funds from 7+ supported blockchains directly into your Conviction account, powered by Zuno DEX integration.

4. Limit & Market Orders
Conviction features a full orderbook trading system, giving users control over execution.
- Limit Orders — Set the exact price (1¢–99¢ or 0.1¢–99.9¢) at which you want to buy or sell. Your order sits in the orderbook until another user matches it.
- Market Orders — Execute instantly at the best available prices. Configure slippage tolerance (0.5%, 1%, 2%, or 5%) to manage execution risk.
All orders are signed client-side using EIP-712 typed signatures for maximum security.
5. Binary & Categorical Markets
Conviction supports two types of prediction markets:
- Binary Markets — Simple YES or NO outcomes. Example: "Will BTC exceed $200k in 2026?"
- Categorical Markets — Multiple possible outcomes. Example: "Which candidate will win the 2028 presidential election?" with options like Candidate A, Candidate B, Candidate C, etc.
6. Split & Merge
Advanced share operations for sophisticated traders:
- Split — Convert USDC into equal amounts of YES + NO shares. Useful for gaining exposure to both sides of a market for hedging or arbitrage.
- Merge — Combine equal amounts of YES + NO shares back into USDC. Useful for exiting a position without selling on the orderbook.
Split and merge operations are executed at a 1:1 ratio and are fully gasless.

- Live Orderbook — Watch bids and asks update in real time.
