Deposit & Withdraw

This guide explains how to fund your Funding Wallet and withdraw funds, depending on the type of wallet you use.

Wallet Types

Conviction supports two types of login methods, each creating a different kind of Funding Wallet:

Deposit

If You Use an External Wallet

Since your Funding Wallet is your connected external wallet, you can deposit funds in whichever way is most convenient:

  • Send directly — Transfer tokens to your wallet address from any exchange, wallet, or chain you already use. No need to go through the Wallet Panel.
  • Use the Wallet Panel — Open the Wallet Panel and select "Deposit" to view your wallet address and QR code. This is useful if you need to copy the address or scan it from another device.

Either way, make sure you are sending to the correct address on a supported chain.

If You Use an Email-Created Embedded Wallet

For embedded wallets created via email login, we recommend depositing through the Wallet Panel:

  1. Open the Wallet Panel (click your balance or wallet icon in the header).
  2. Select "Deposit".
  3. Your Funding Wallet address and QR code are displayed.
  4. Send tokens to this address from an external wallet or exchange.

Since the embedded wallet address is not tied to an existing wallet you control, the Wallet Panel is the easiest way to find your deposit address.

Exporting Your Embedded Wallet Private Key

If you logged in with email, your Funding Wallet is an embedded wallet managed by Dynamic. We strongly recommend exporting your private key so you have full ownership of your wallet:

  1. Open the Wallet Panel.
  2. Go to the Funding Wallet tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom — you will see the "Export Private Key" button.
  4. Follow the prompts to reveal and securely save your private key.

Important: Store your private key safely. If you lose access to your email or browser session, the private key is the only way to recover your funds.

Withdraw

Withdraw tokens from your Funding Wallet to any external address.

  1. Open the Wallet Panel.
  2. Select "Withdraw".
  3. Choose the token you want to withdraw.
  4. Enter the amount.
  5. Enter the destination wallet address.
  6. Review the gas estimate and details.
  7. Click "Confirm" to execute the withdrawal.

Withdrawals are sent from your Funding Wallet (EOA). Gas fees apply based on the selected chain and token.
